I have been waiting for more than a year for the generation system to do it’s thing. ALL companies should be as good as Grasten, very, very knowledgeable and professional people! I am on oxygen 24/7 and if our power goes out, my oxygen concentrater can’t run and I can be in big trouble. My battery run portable only lasts a few hours. So, when our backup generator died we needed a quick replacement. The company we had been using said 2 to 4 WEEKS. I called Grasten and was amazed when they said they could do it the NEXT DAY. And they DID! Showed up about 8:30 am and finished by about 10:30. You cannot even imagine my relief. Extreme emphysema means I absolutely must have the oxygen and the AC. Start to finish, all the people in office and on site, everyone know EXACTLY what to do and how to do it. It was actually a pleasure working with everyone at Grasten. Customer service was the absolute best I have ever experienced ANYWHERE. I cannot say enough good things about them. I absolutely recommend them! ! ! !
The companies men showed up on time and went right to work. After some measuring and discussion it was decided by them and me to install the generator where we did. While they were installing that Livingston Propane Company arrived and installed a 250 gallon propane tank along with the piping to connect to the generator. The Men arrived at 9:00 AM and the installation part was finished by 11:00 AM. The electrician and his assistant arrived at 10:45 and began wiring the generator into my house. This required the installation of a separate panel for the generator. They were finished by 1: PM. Two days later one of there technicians arrived to instruct us on the use of our generator and to register it with the manufacturer. He also explained that the generator would do a self test once a week at whatever time we decided on. My wife and I live in Texas and the next hurricane we sit through won’t be our first, it will be the first that we don’t have to worry about finding fuel for a gasoline generator. No matter what, we never seem to have enough fuel. That won’t be a problem again. We are very happy with the company and the professionalism of their staff. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Houston metro area
