Generator repair. Technician Makay Higgins had everything he needed. – New flexible hose, recalled plenum, 90 degree pipe connector, … – to replace rusted components. Changed oil, air filter, and spark plugs. Ran several tests. Very competent and efficient.

I get my generator maintenance and serviced every 6 months with Grasten Generator Service. Highly recommend this company. They always do a good job and send knowledgeable and friendly technicians out to service. Steven Layton did a fantastic job with today’s maintenance/service for my generator. He changed out a battery that needed replaced and also installed a smart module for the transfer switch. Very satisfied customer!!

Great professional service and reasonable pricing. Chris the technician was very knowledgeable and went through the whole startup and operations of my new standby generator. The electrician and plumber did a great job with their hookups and the job turned out working great and looking fantastic. I had heard of some horror stories about the subcontractors but the ones I had were top notch.

Re-started the home generator after the gas had been turned off. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. He took time to answer my questions and made sure the generator was working properly. I would recommend Gasten to anyone considering purchasing a home generator.

The generator was due for an oil change. Dylan asked if anyone else has serviced the generator. I told him only Grasten has serviced it because I have had a service contract since I bought the unit. He said it was overfilled with oil and showed me where oil was in the bottom of the air filter box. Since only Grasten has serviced the unit, the previous technician must have added too much oil, or he forgot to drain the old oil before adding new oil. Dylan also changed out the battery. Dylan did a great job. I was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness.

Beyond a doubt one of the best company’s I have ever used. From start to finish they installed and started up my new generator using great employees and did everything they said they would do, professionally and correctly. The start up Tech (Verrel) was the best and explained everything. I will recommend Grasten to anyone looking for a standby generator.

Easy five stars! Makay came out to fix my generator. It took him about 30 secs to find the problem. He had all the necessary parts and provided some of them without extra charge because of the warranty. I asked him if he could install the parts from the maintenance kit I had and he included that work in the trip charge. It’s such a pleasure to deal with pros who know and care about what they’re doing.

Maintenance of standby 11Kva generator. Replaced battery. Found faulty fuel element that is actually a factory recall; will replace the next day. Returned and replaced fuel plenum and completed all necessary maintenance. The serviceman was absolutely one of the best I have dealt with regardless of the industry. I could only wish that plumbers, cable technicians, and electricians were as responsive and did their work as well as Grasten’s repairman.
